Online Ordering Instructions

1. Select a product category from left side of the storefront, or click "Search" located in the tool bar at the top of the page and enter either a product name or product number in the search and click the "Search" button.

2. From the list of product categories, which are displayed on the left, click on the product categories you are interested in viewing. As you do, the list will expand to offer sub-categories to help narrow the list of products. Continue to click the category you are interested in.

3. You will now view all of the products in that category as well as the price and the product code. You can add one to your virtual shopping basket by clicking the "Add One To Basket" button or you can click on a product to view a picture, detailed product information and a list of related products.

4. From the product's detailed screen you can place an order by inserting the quantity you would like to order in the box to the right of the product picture and then click "Add to Basket". The quantity you selected will be added to you virtual basket. You can check your basket any time by clicking "Basket Contents" in the tool bar at the top of the page, and you can edit your virtual shopping basket contents from here as well.

5. To order additional products, repeat steps #1-4 above.

6. When you are done shopping you should click "Check Out" located on the far right hand side of the toolbar at the top of your page. You will be transferred to the secure portion of our web store. From here you will be asked to log in, create a new account or place an order without an account. Setting up an account will allow future faster check-outs and will help us keep track of your past orders. Select one of the options and complete the information as required.

7. Once you have completed step 6, you will view a list of items you are purchasing and be able to select a ship to address or edit your information. Once you have verified everything or made changes as needed, click the "Continue" button at the lower right hand corner of your screen to proceed.

8 Next, if you have any coupon, gift certificate or promotional codes, please enter them on this screen. Also, select your shipping and payment method. Once completed, click the "Continue" button at the lower right hand corner of your screen.

9. Now you will be prompted for your credit card information. Please enter it accurately and proceed to processing your card through our secure server by clicking "Continue" at the lower right hand corner of your screen. At the lower left hand corner of your screen you will see a Thawte Secure Site emblem. You may click this emblem to verify our identity and that our Security Certificate is current so your payment data will be protected. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information.

10. Now you are transferred to the secure Verisign page to complete your payment. Once this is complete you will receive a confirmation from us that your payment has been received and another confirmation that we received your order. Both will come via e-mail to the address you provided and should arrive in your E-Mail within a few minutes.

Has My Order Been Processed and Shipped?

In-Stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 12pm (noon) CST are processed and shipped the same day. Please allow 2 additional days for processing and delivery when placing an order on a weekend or holiday

If all or part of your order is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail when your order is processed. The part of your order that is in stock will be shipped immediately, and the rest of your order will be shipped as soon as it comes in at no additional shipping charge.

If you need to make a change on an order you have placed, call us as soon as possible at 1-877-A1POOLS. Have your Order Number available for the customer service representative. We will make every effort to change your order as requested, but it is likely your order may already be shipped and further action may be required to correct it.

To check on the status of your order, log into our storefront and click "Order History" on the sidebar at the left of your screen. From the order history page you will be able to see the order number, the status and tracking information. By clicking on the order number you will be able to see a detail of the order.

10-Day Guarantee

You may return your purchase (in new condition and in its original unopened packaging) for any reason within 10 days for a complete refund of the purchase price of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card upon return.

No returns are allowed on chemicals, custom orders, used and opened items.

Please e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@a1poolfun.com to initiate the return process.

We are unable to credit you for shipping charges.

Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited.

Items returned without prior approval will be refused. Chemicals, custom orders, used and opened items, which are returned, do not qualify for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.

How Long Will It Take For My Product(s) To Arrive?

All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 12pm (noon) CST are shipped the same day, and should arrive to you within 2 to 5 business days in the continental U.S. Most packages are shipped via UPS or Speedy Delivery. If you do not receive your purchase within 7 days, please notify us immediately. You can track your order on our web page by logging in and clicking "Order History" on the sidebar to your left.

Oversized orders shipped via freight company may take longer to deliver, in which case you will be notified of the estimated time for delivery.

What If A Product Is On Backorder?

If a product is backordered you will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order is processed. If we know when the item is expected we will notify you then. Any part of your order that was in stock will be shipped immediately. The backorder will be shipped when it is in stock with no additional shipping charge. If you no longer want to purchase the back ordered item, you can notify customer service at customerservice@a1poolfun.com and cancel the order any time prior to it being shipped to you. Once the backordered item(s) are shipped, the normal return policy would apply.

Oversized Delivery Items

Some products on our website are noted as "Oversized Delivery." These are generally items that are too big or heavy to be shipped through UPS, UPS or Speedy Delivery.. The estimated delivery time is noted next to each of these products and is usually between 1 week and 3 weeks. Someone must be at the delivery location to receive these items, as they require a signature for delivery. If you order an "Oversized Delivery" item, you will be contacted to set up a delivery appointment for your merchandise.
