Pool Closing

Pools should be properly balanced and maintained until closed. Pools with mesh covers should be closed after October 1st for best results. A-1 Pools will treat your pool with chlorine and algaecide at closing. Liquid chlorine and algaecide are included in the price of basic, value and complete pool closings.

Above Ground Closing

Prepare your aboveground pool for the winter months with a closing service that fits your pool and cover. Keep your water properly balanced and maintained until closing, and if you have a mesh cover, we recommend waiting until after October 1st for best results. Liquid chlorine and algaecide are including with all Basic, Value, and Complete aboveground pool closings.

Inground Pool Closing

A proper inground pool closing helps protect your pool, plumbing, and equipment throughout the winter. Continue balancing and maintaining your pool until your scheduled closing date. For pools with mesh covers, we recommend closing after October 1st for best results. Liquid chlorine and algaecide are included with all Basic, Value, and Complete inground pool closings.

Pool Opening

Kick off the season with confidence. Our pool opening service includes removing the cover, reassembling equipment, starting up the system, and balancing the water chemistry—so your pool is clean, clear, and ready to dive into. We’ll also inspect for any visible issues to help prevent surprises later in the season.

We offer 3 levels of pool opening services. Liquid chlorine and algaecide are included in the price of all three types of pool openings.
