From Jenny's attentiveness throughout the sales process, to Jason's collaboration on all the moving parts from contractors to supply chain, to the professionalism of Cory, Jose, Jeremy and Brad in the installation and setup, we've been impressed and pleased. The install team worked a very long, wet, cold day to keep on schedule, and Cory's training of how to manage our new spa was thorough and thoughtful. I just can't recommend them enough!

Grant was extremely helpful with aiding us to purchase a new pool. Our old pool was 35 years old and things have changed. He answered all of our questions, wrote up a quote for us and thanked us for stopping in. We went back the next day to purchase the pool and were treated with the same care and respect the 2nd day. We also met with Jason and feel he is a stand up guy to do business with. If we ever need anything for our pool once installed we will definitely be heading to A-1. They will be getting all of our future business. We were at 2 other pool stores and neither place treated is with the same care and respect as Grant. He is a valued employee to have and A-1 is a stand up place to do business.

The first time I came, Mr Turner test the water and help me get the right treatment for it. The second time he test the water again and the third time he actually helped me to invert the flow of the water so the filter do its job and get that green color out of the pool. We have had great experiences every time we go to A1 pools. They make testing pool water so easy and convenient. Most recently Turner helped me and explained everything in great detail and in simple enough terms for me to relay the information to my husband. He was not pushy or tried to sell me more than I needed and gave me some pointers to think about when it comes time to winterize our pool. The team of people at A1 pools is always quite helpful. The store itself is clean and orderly and the workers are all quite professional. When I arrived at the water station, Turner immediately addressed me in a pleasant and welcoming manner. He tested my water sample and was very helpful in choosing the chemicals that were needed to correct the issues. We purchased a spa from A-1 Pools this Spring. Jose from A-1 Pools has been great troubleshooting a hard to track issue we are having with our Spa. He has been patient and always explains what he is doing and why. He is on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Even though we have this issue, I’m confident it is being addressed and recommend A-1 if looking for a spa. The staff has worked hard to solve this issue, I have seen to many companies these days just ignore you once a sale is made, so this is a welcome change.

Jose from A-1 Pools came out to perform a diagnostic inspection of our hot tub which had low pump pressure. He did an excellent job determining that the problem had to be related to an obstruction in the pump suction. Upon removing the suction pipe he confirmed and removed the obstruction of leaves and maple tree helicopters. The performance was restored and he then clearly explained how to prevent that from happening again. Thank you Jose!

Since Allied Pools closed down I've had to find a new supplier for my chemicals and im so glad that A-1 is around. Ordering online takes too long so being able to go into a store is key. Friendly and knowledgeable people with prompt service.

Looked at several places for a Hot tub. They were the only ones with any on hand to sell with many more coming in the next few weeks. The Owner gave us great service and tons of knowledge. He let us try out one similar to what we were looking at. Found a great deal with financing available. Sundance Spas are also top rated.. so we weren't worried about the quality. Tons of features the other brands didn't have.. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest local company to work with for a pool or spa..

Went to A-1 to look at Sundace spas and see how they were to the competition. To our surprise, you get a lot more for your $ and built better for the same price or better for similar sized spas in the model ranges. Zach and Jason were very hopeful showing us the features and how they were built since we were replacing our 14 year hot tub. With the no pressure sales, we ordered a hot tub from them and can't wait for the delivery! Take the time to stop there, they are willing to go above and beyond to answer your questions, get selection, and make sure you're a satisfied customer!

For a first time pool owner, I am extremely impressed that A1 Pools offer free water tests and they are open 7 days a week! Adam welcomed me with a hello as soon as I walked in the door. He ran my water test and explained each results in a way I could easily understand. He walked me through which options I had for chemical treatments, how to add, what the proper amount is for my sized pool & what options the store offered. While checking out, both Adam & Brooke explained what chemicals I should add weekly, monthly, etc. My son was delighted they offered him a price of candy, as well. I am an owner of a “new” hot tub. I have zero knowledge or experience with owning a hot tub. I went to A-1 pools. Adam and Brooke were amazing. I went there with questions. Both Adam and Brooke were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. They an also offered me free water testing and gave me a print out of what chemicals to add to the hot tub.(I went back several times with a water sample) to make sure I was understanding how to read and interpret the test strips. They did not pressure me to buy anything. If you are needing advice on how to get your pool or hot tub in perfect condition go to A-1 pools. I also will be buying my chemicals from them in the future as their prices were fair as well. Thank you A-1 pools! Especially Adam and Brooke.

When the chlorine shortage of 2021 hit I went in search for ProTeam tabs and had no luck until I found A-1 Pools. I ordered 50 lbs and the package was damaged in transit to Dallas but when I called A-1 and explained the situation, they quickly fixed it despite the low inventory. They could have easily said sorry man we'll refund your card but instead they did me a favor and fulfilled the initial order. Great service from Jason Miller!

Had issues with chemicals to start my season. I came in to get my water tested many times. Each time, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My pool water was very cloudy, and every time I came in with a new bottle to test, they would offer help. Eventually, my chemicals were balanced but the water was still cloudy. Never charged me for the testing even though I was getting my chemicals somewhere else. After trying some other ideas from the guys who do installs and cleaning, it was still cloudy! Finally, I figured out that my laterals in my filter were broken. I came in to see if they had replacements. The filter was over 20 years old (my wife and I bought the house the previous year and had no knowledge of how old the pool or parts were). The gals looked up the accounts history and found some good information on different parts, but nothing on the filter. Even at this point, they didn’t try to sell me a new filter. They offered to find replacement parts and special order even though the filter was from another company they don’t sell. I ended up buying a new filter anyway with how old the the previous one was. Again, they could’ve sold me just the filter, but pointed out that buying a combo pump and filter was actually cheaper. I went on Amazon and the prices were about the same. We bought the combo. Our pool water is crystal clear now and we love it!! Thank you for all your help!

We have been having problems getting our hot tub chemicals in balance. Love the water testing station and the staff has been very helpful.

Calling A-1 to diagnose a pool leak, they gave me a number of tests to perform. They did that to reduce the amount of time and testing they would need to do when the technicians were able to make it my pool. It lowered my bill and got results quicker. Been into the store many times and the staff is always informative and very helpful. Their service is fantastic.

Purchased Bullfrog hot tub a few months ago. We visited two Bullfrog dealers which are equal distance from our house. Decided on A1 because of the amount of time Jason invested in us explaining the features and options on various spas well before we committed to purchase. We have had two different spas over past 20 years and I have to say Jason is an encyclopedia of information. We had A1 set up spa and haul away the old one. Set up people were on time, neat and helpful. Cory ran us through the operation of spa and it has been flawless. We did experience a couple of scheduling hiccups but nothing to detract from rating.

I am impressed! Jason was very helpful. I initially called because my spa motor wouldn't kick in. Jason told me that sometimes these things just need a little help to get started at the beginning of the season and told me how to try to fix it myself. It didn't work, but I appreciated his customer first attitude. Subsequently, Jason worked to get the best possible price on a new pump which worked perfectly. Kudos!

Knowledgeable guys to work with. Timely with arrival. Easy to work with when another company refused to handle an older model hot tub for parts. Follows most current codes.

Great service!!! I Inherited a hot tub and they gave me a bunch if chemicals I didn't know what to do with. They tested my water and walked me through step by step how to setup my hottub and what each chemical I had in the box did, and when I needed to use it. Totally fixed my nerves on the upkeep of the spa. Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. I recently purchased a house with a hot tub and had no idea how to care for it. My wife and I came into the store about 1/2-hour before close (which is in poor form for my stunning lack of knowledge in this field, I'll admit) and the customer service associate took the time to give us a rundown of proper maintenance. He explained the functions of each chemical and told us which ones were necessary for sanitation and water health, and which ones were optional for improved look and feel. He answered all of our questions and displayed a command of the subject that one learns with experience and passion. By the time we left it was past closing time, but we never felt rushed and the associate never hinted at the time. I look forward to many years of service with A-1 Pools.
