to the latest training and certifications. Our entire staff participates in various training programs throughout the year hosted by the PHTA as well as hot tub suppliers and manufacturers.
Our service technician certifications include the Certified Service Professional (CSP) on staff. CSP is the highest level of certification available for pool and hot tub service. We are dedicated to investing in this type of staff training so we can achieve greater customer satisfaction.

Our diagnostic services are available whether you need to address current issues with your hot tub or perform preventative maintenance. As long as A-1 Pools is authorized to complete the recommended work, we will warranty the Diagnostic Inspection for one year.
We can help prevent a costly loss of water in your hot tub by using state-of-the-art equipment to diagnosis leaks. If any leaks are detected, we have what it takes to make repairs.
There’s no need to buy or store spa chemicals when you pass off your weekly maintenance to our service department. We take care of that as well as water testing, treatment, and cleaning. We’ll also clean the filter, wipe down the water line, and vacuum as needed.
The recommended timeframe for a hot tub drain and refill can vary across users. Technically your spa should be drained & refilled with your TDS reached 2,000 ppm (which we can test for you in our stores). In general, though, most owners drain and refill their hot tubs every 3 - 4 months.
