Your pool is a haven in your backyard where you and your family gather for fun, fitness, relaxation, and quality time. With all these benefits available, it’s important to keep your pool performing its best throughout the years. That means lining up quality services for your pool, be they weekly maintenance tasks or even repairs if needed. A-1 Pools is willing and ready to provide these essential pool services, even if we did not sell your pool to you.
Our commitment to excellent customer service at A-1 Pools includes investing in our staff through various training programs offered by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), as well as through pool suppliers and manufacturers. We ensure that our entire team participates in these training programs throughout the year, which has resulted in our service technicians earning Certified Service Professionals (CSP) status, the highest level of certification for pool and spa service. Additionally, our store managers are PHTA-Certified. This dedication to staff education and training helps us achieve a high level of competence and award-winning customer satisfaction.
A-1 Pools offers a comprehensive suite of pool services, including:
Includes 1-Year Diagnostic Warranty on Inspected Equipment.
Whether you need to resolve existing problems or conduct preventive maintenance, our diagnostic services are available for your pool environment. Provided that A-1 Pools is authorized to perform the suggested work, we will warranty the Diagnostic Inspection for one year.
Our cutting-edge equipment can detect even the slightest water loss in your pool, with measurements accurate up to 1/10,000-inch increments. We can electronically locate the smallest leaks in vinyl liners. This helps prevent expensive water loss, and allows small tears to be repaired early. In case of any leaks, we have the necessary expertise to make repairs. Additionally, we can pressure test plumbing lines and listen for leaks through the ground and through the water. If leaks are detected, we can make underwater repairs, document leaks with underwater video, repair underground plumbing, and repair or replace equipment and above ground plumbing as needed.
When you choose to let our service department handle your weekly pool maintenance, you do not have to worry about purchasing or storing pool chemicals. We take care of water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning, as well as backwashing your filter and vacuuming as necessary. A-1 Pools also offers Water Only Maintenance, a limited service for pools. Through this service package, our staff handles water maintenance (with the chemicals included) while the pool owner does the routine physical cleaning maintenance.
When you work with A-1 Pools, you can enjoy the convenience and assurance of having the experts set you up for success, starting with your annual pool opening, continuing throughout the entire swim season, and wrapping up with a pool closing. Simply contact our Service Team at 262-334-9493 (option #2), and we will work with you on scheduling and establishing the necessary steps to prepare your pool for an effective opening and closing.
The team at A-1 Pools can cleanup the worst pools and make the water beautiful again. This service is subject to time and materials needed due to the wide range of pool conditions that may exist.
